Carolyn Biggs-Harris is a Human Resources Professional with knowledge and experience in all aspects of the human resources field. She is the owner and Principle of CBH Consulting. Carolyn views HR Consultants as “business partners,” who align themselves with the company and its business strategy for the betterment of its human resources.
Biggs-Harris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Mount Mary College, Milwaukee, WI and a Master of Science degree in Administration from California State University-Dominquez Hills. She is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) through WorldAtWork. She has served as a member of ACA’s Education and Survey Committees, served as guest speaker for International Human Resources Information Management (IHRIM) and the American Payroll Association (APA).
Biggs-Harris has been an instructor for the Human Resources Certificate Program at California State University-San Marcos, California State University-Northridge and University of California-Riverside. Additionally, Biggs-Harris has recently started a Scholarship fund for young women to attend her alma mater Divine Savior-Holy Angeles High School in Milwaukee Wisconsin, a prestigious Catholic All-Girls School.
Christine Gilardi brings over 30 years’ experience in business, training, HR and administration, with a Master’s Degree in Educational Media from Boston University. She joined CBH in January, 2015.

Gilardi's specialty is assisting small businesses with various aspects of office management and marketing, including HR; record & bookkeeping / tax records preparation, cataloguing & creation of media elements, web content; preparation of training manuals; coordinating national world tours; e-mail correspondence & tracking; customer relations and order fulfillment.
Ms. Gilardi held a SECRET Clearance for over 6 years in her capacity as a Video Producer and Training Program Developer for the US Submarine Fleet and US Government Laboratories (Naval Undersea Warfare Center). Her video work was seen by our allies at NATO conferences in the 1990's. She is also a talented musician and performer. She was nicknamed “The Female Jack Black” when she was the Director of San Diego Rock Music Camp under the National Guitar Workshop, where she hired and maintained a staff of up to 21 and had over 80 children in rock bands under her supervision.
Ms. Gilardi brings her enthusiasm of small business management to her roles at CBH Consulting, where she has cultivated expertise in ADP Payroll Workforce Now 2.0 and ADP Time & Attendance. Biggs-Harris was the compensation benefits director for Airport Group International (AGI), located in Glendale, California. She was responsible for re-engineering the company's defined contribution plans to maximize the bottom line. AGI's benefits plans include approximately 700 employees and $15 million in assets, so this was no small task.
